Rates
- Installation: $95/hr for one installer. Two-hour minimum ($190); billed in 30-minute increments thereafter.
- Single piece: $120 flat. One piece, standard hardware, one trip, regular hours — no two-hour minimum. Heavy, oversized, or specialty pieces revert to the hourly rate.
- After-hours / weekends: $150/hr after 6:00 PM, on weekends, or holidays. Two-hour minimum applies.
- Wall patching & paint restoration: billed at the applicable hourly rate.
- De-installation & teardown: takedown, packing, wall patching, and paint restoration to pre-install condition — billed at the applicable hourly rate. Crate, debris, and disposal charges quoted as needed.
- Quoted individually: stone and tile walls; suspended and cable systems; over-stair and high-ceiling work; mirror walls; large-format glass; and any piece requiring two-person handling.
- Hardware: ordinary picture-hanging hardware is included in the rate. Specialty and security hardware billed at cost + 20%. Client-supplied hardware may be used subject to inspection.
Travel & Parking
Travel within the Los Angeles and Orange County metro area is included. Beyond the metro area: flat travel fee quoted at booking. Client-provided parking or validation; otherwise billed at cost.
Capabilities
- Large and heavy pieces: panels, big canvases, mirrors, signage, on French cleats or Z-bar.
- Walls: drywall, wood or metal stud, concrete, block, tile.
- Security hardware: T-screws and security hooks for public spaces.
- Work at height: experienced working from client-provided lifts or scaffolds, subject to equipment and site approval.
Scheduling & Cancellation
Cancellation within 24 hours: 50% of the scheduled booking, subject to a two-hour minimum for same-day cancellation or no site access on arrival. Site delays outside our control are billed at the applicable hourly rate. Multi-day projects: 50% deposit to reserve dates.
Insurance & Paperwork
Commercial general liability: $1,000,000 per occurrence. Certificate of Insurance and W-9 available on request; additional insured status available when required.
Payment
Net 15. Past-due balances accrue 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law.
